This blog services following purposes:
- Discussion on new tools before adoption
- Logging support requests
- Introduce interesting tutorials and videos
- Loglist of adopted tools
As the copper network does not have an IT department (which would be a mixed blessing anyway), team members need to self-manage. ECI can organise initial or maintenance training, but not instantaneous support. As much as possible, team members should help themselves.
Applications are made as open as possible to team members, but not everybody can be administrator. Therefore, for some tasks, you will need my help. In this case, please log your request here on the tools blog, and I will target a reply within a working week.
