SEE proposal on e-learning

We’re considering a new MDP proposal on e-learning, based on 2 main components:

  • LPQIVES, the vocational education system on power quality, which has developed 10 modules (introduction, harmonics, voltage fluctuations, surges & transients, reliability, earthing, static converters, reactive power & unbalance, distributed energy sources & storage, utility package (including DSM)
  • RETScreen, with its comprehensive set of modules on energy efficiency and renewable energy

Combined, these offer scope of an e-learning programme with well over 100 of hours of training (about 4,000 – 5,000 slides).

We would like to learn who would be interested in working in this area. Also, if other SEE proposals are in preparation on this subject, we should coordinate.
