At the last SEE webmeeting, an action was defined to set-up virtual meeting rooms on SEE thematic areas. Eight such meeting rooms have now been created, and are available for discussion. The protocol normally lists how long discussions are kept open, how they are concluded, what appeal procedures are in place, what topics / language is off-limits, etc. For the E&E team in Europe, we have adopted this protocol which may serve as a starting point.
